Bug fixes

Recipes whose version is newer than the current one are now marked as invalid
Failure to read the laser frequency could lead to a markspeed of 0 (SN and FEMTO)

Shift marks in Thinning and BoxMilling adjusted to be displayed on the intended side
LaserAssistant could not be started if the laser did not support 20 kHz (SN and FEMTO)

At a focus determination with tilted A-axis the axis positions were saved as valid focus
